Lack of interest Hide ProfilePost Tab & Content if no view & write profile post permissions

ATM the user will see the tab and a "There are no messages on xxx's profile yet."message if he have no perms to view & create profile posts.

IMO he shouldn't be able to see this, if he have no perms..
The users shouldn't even know about this feature, if the admin don't wants to have this activated
Once they see that something exists, they'll start to ask "what's this, how can i use this / why am i not allowed to use this.."

Half my users would use profile posts exclusively instead of posting on the forums. I tried putting up a warning notice, to no avail. I had to deny permission for this feature. I would also like to know how to hide the tab.
