Duplicate Hide Profile Posts Tab When Permissions Are Revoked

If you revoke access to a certain user group (in our case, guests) to view profile posts, then the Profile Posts tab should be hidden and the Recent Activity tab should be the default tab.

Currently, it just displays "There are no messages on X's profile yet," which seems kind of pointless, in my opinion.
