Is there any option for this?

This is great for spamming.

If you have CAPTCHA enabled for guests (which can be any of the options including reCAPTCHA v2 or question & answer CAPTCHA) that should reduce/eliminate any spam.

However if you want to switch if off altogether anyway, use the ACP search for "contact url" and then disable it.
