Help with Transmit ftp client

I'm wondering if Transmit is capable of "terminal over SSH." SmartFTP (pc) has this feature which is like putty.exe but it saves your credentials so you don't have to type it every time. By the way Transmit is not intuitive at all. If it does have this please walk me through the steps.

There should be a Open in Terminal toolbar button, or you can select Go > Open in Terminal from the menubar.
