HELP with Forums

Basically my website is: wwww.xelaplus.com/forum

and when I go in there everything is a hot mess, I dont know where to even begin, It was fine earlier this morning? What could possible cause this?

Ive done some research and it might be thatI just have to find the http://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com link and change the http to https. but I dont know where to even go to fine that link ? any help or input please. thanks

According to my browser that site doesn't exist.
Perhaps something's happened to the nameserver(s)?

Whoops I meant www.xelaplus.com/forum

but I kinda did fix it but turning on HTTPS.

It all works fine for me - everything redirects to https.

You also need to set a redirect for www - decide whether you want that or not.
