“There was an unmistakable echo of the dot-com boom Thursday on Wall Street,” Liedtke began his LinkedIn dispatch. That was the kind of line one read a lot over the past 24 hours, running under the byline of any number of tech and financial writers.

Here is the whole passage if you need the context, paragraph 4. Link

what dose the sentence marked red mean?Could anyone write down the meaning of this sentence easier to understand?

It means: That was the one sentence that was written a lot over the past 24 hours published by many of tech and financial writers.

Not the best writing on Gary Rivlin's part imho.

I think it would be something like "That line (the one Liedtke spoke) had been written a lot in the last 24 hours in articles about the LinkedIn IPO." A byline is like a subtitle or short description for newspaper/blog articles; for example, this is the byline of the article you linked to:
After its stunning market debut Thursday, there’s no doubt that LinkedIn is a bubble. But contrary to the crazy comparisons being made in the press, it doesn’t signal a repeat of the 1990s dot-com bubble, argues Gary Rivlin.
Hope that makes more sense. :)
