Help getting started, please?

Xenforo has been recommended to host a forum, I just want to be clear on what to do in order to get started.

I start by purchasing the URL through hosting site, i.e. go daddy, that meets the requirements listed by XF followed by purchasing the 1 year license from XF? How do I load the forum onto the chosen URL?

You can follow the instructions @NobleMan posted or hire someone I’ve had @oman do installs and upgrades for me he is pretty fast and very reasonably priced.
