If you remove all of the Google ads code (actually remove it, not just comment it out) does the issue persist?

Follow the problem, I want to add the Google adsense code, perhaps I could enter through the cpanel and add the code, please if you can guide me where the head is located

It should be possible to add the code you just need to disable any ad blocking in your browser. Sometimes server side security measures like mod_security can block similar things. That'd be the recommended course of action.
