Download a new version of the upgrade .zip from your customer area and upload it again to your server, overwriting the files.

i have raised a support ticket, i went to upload files and it keeps crashing half way through, my forum has gone into upgrade mode.

I have replied to your ticket.

Uploading the files to the server isn't something we can really help with.
If the server is crashing then you will need to contact your host for support.
if your computer/application is crashing then you will need to use an alternative method.

For what it's worth, I always recommend uploading the .zip to the server and unzipping it there, if possible (requires shell or cPanel), otherwise WinSCP as an FTP application.
