Maybe wait to hear back from some people who've actually paid for their services, aside from maybe buying an addon however many years back. I believe most of the "drama" you might see referenced came down to a lack of communication, with Audentio/Themehouse basically being increasingly dissatisfied with Xenforo's lack of a roadmap, but my memory is fuzzy on the details. The majority of people here will likely only know them from their addons, because many of us have used them over the years, and there wasn't a lot to complain about there until Audentio decided to branch off to other things, and then there was some confusion and concern from the community over the future of certain addons. But many us are still using an addon or theme or two from them, and they are still updating some of them.

Audentio is themehouse hosting.
You had to pay monthly payments.
Those monthly payments skyrocked from $8 a month to $80
As i said Audentio ripped us off.

Is this hosting part of some other management service they offer? Just wondering, because I can't seem to find anything on their site specifically advertising hosting. Maybe looking in the wrong place.

No. It was their hosting service.
Themehouse have a heap of other services.
They hosting service put me off from using their other services.

Well, I knew you were referencing their hosting service, but I never knew they were hosting and can't find any mention of it now on their site. So I was curious about it. Maybe it was something they only did for a hot minute, before deciding it wasn't worth it for them. 🤷‍♂️
 
Hosting, themes, plugins, custom work. Our site has and still does use Audentio for some time now. Drop me a PM if I can help answer any questions you may have.

Seriously if you wanted to go with this company you'd better have their products being used on your forum. Otherwise it's a waste of time.

I tried them and found them really expensive and didn't like their customer service.

As i said i went back to Namecheap who now have Stella hosting. I've been with them for the last 10 years.
 
I've been a client of theirs for several years. Various initiatives, including custom theme and add-on development, server management and hosting.

If there is a more experienced or competent XenForo-specialist agency I'm not aware of them.

She's lying. She likes to claim she was a KnownHost customer and they were terrible just to recommend NameCheap as the 'superior' host. She just got caught in the lie here when she tried to do the same.

Of course no one should take the advice of an 'Admin' that runs a forum for only 2 people, and bans every one, and every IP address. Has no idea what they're doing.

The way you worded it, or at least the way I interpreted the way you worded it, I thought you meant that it was through their Themehouse site - maybe partly because I had previously also done a quick search on the audentio site and hadn't seen it there either. Still seems like they obfuscate the service a bit. I mean, there's no mention of hosting on the main services page that I saw, so you have to go clicking through various options. In any case, no, I don't personally need a new host. I've been with the same one for close to 20 years now and I'm not looking for a change.
