Hard deleting a thread with unapproved posts does not update approval queue.

Steps to reproduce:

Create new thread.
Reply to thread.
Unapprove post.

At this point you will see there is one unapproved post in the Approval queue.

Hard delete thread.

At this point you would expect the Approval queue to be empty, yet is still contains one unapproved item.

The approved item count is cached, and certain situations (including but not limited to deleting a parent item with unapproved children) will cause the cache to be out of date. If you open the approval queue, it will force-update the cache as appropriate.
