Sounds like a cool plan for making the best of this rather odd holiday season. I'm Canadian and our Thanksgiving was earlier but Happy Thanksgiving to all the Americans here.

It is a pity that this year this holiday was not as fun as last year. I have always celebrated this holiday with my big family. This year I celebrated only with my parents. The brother and his family did not come because he lives on the other side of the country and he did not want to risk their health. Uncle and aunt with their families did not come to visit us either, they decided to stay at home. So this year instead of 13, there were only 4 of us: me, mom, dad, and my dog. It's sad, of course, but I understand that these are forced circumstances. I hope that next year we will celebrate Thanksgiving with a big family again.
