Can you set up XenForo with some kind of group post tracker? Like if I have a group called Developers, is there a way for users to find all posts by all users in that group?

That is not a feature in the software. An addon is required. If you are not a programmer then you should post a request:

http://xenforo.com/community/forums/resource-and-add-on-requests.68/

But this area is restricted to licensed users only.

Note that the search system does allow you to search by username, so one option might be to manually list all of the usernames in the search form. You can also submit such a search via URL, like this:

http://xenforo.com/community/search/search/?type=post&users=Jake Bunce,Chris Deeming
