XF 1.2 Grant moderator rights to topic's author

I'd like to give some members moderator rights in some subforums if the member is the author of the tread.
Unlike been the moderator of the subforum, his power is limited with only threads where he is topicstarter. Is it possible?

In my addon this worked as any other permissions.
