Googlebot can't access your site

Any ideas on what could be causing this. I’m a complete noob concerning this things.

check your robot.txt first then go from there. It could be you DNS.

Please excuse my ignorance but I have not been able to find the robot.txt file. Would you care to point me in the right direction?

put in your URL and you will see how google sees your site I can see your encoding it messed up.

You might not have one. It's a file that is created by the admin and put into the root. Here's more information.
