Your click through rate (clicks / impressions) = 3.5%. My CTR is 8%.
This is the number you want to focus on. As your average position goes up, your CTR will go up. How to increase your position? Just do some basic SEO (do not do blackhat SEO), just focus on creating good content for keywords related to your website and optimizing the pages you already have by adding content to the page.

Better CTR = Better Site Performances for your keywords on Google Search.
As @Anomandaris said. You need to improve your impressions and your CTR constantly.
Those stats are not good or bad per se, you need to evaluate your site as a whole.
