Google Play Giving Developers Personal Info...

New just starting to circulate through tech blogs. If a person buys an App from Google Play the developer can see the real name, e-mail address, city/town and in some cases the ZIP code for the purchaser.

So what are your thoughts on this? Do you think it's OK to let developers see this kind of information?
I personally don't like not having the choice to expose my real name, on the other hand my email address (as long as it is not used for marketing lists without my consent...) and maybe my state I dont care about...but they don't need more than that, unless they are building features based on my location.

It's not the end of the world...but whatevs, you ask preference and that is mine.
