Well, are there any plugin to enable Google or other form of advertising in the forum and to use Google Analytics?

Analytics integration is included in the core (you just add your google number in).

There is one Addon for google adsense... http://xenforo.com/community/resources/google-adsense.475/ or you can add the code into the ad templates yourself.
