I have an ad with Google for my forum. Although the wording is as I chose, underneath it has "contact us" and "help" listed. The "help" bit looks weird and irrelevant as its the help button from the bottom of the forum about how to display bb codes! So on the add it says Help (and part of forum name) then lists how to use bb codes! Not really relevant.
The other issue is, instead of people clicking on the ad to go to the forum they are clicking on the "contact us" button and just sending an email to the admin email. So how can I change the way google ads presents the contact info under the ad?
