GoDaddy downtime

Is anyone else setup on GoDaddy servers? I am having random and short duration outages and most of my work customers are having email issues with GoDaddy. Has anyone been able to get a quality response from them this last month about the problems?

Anyone have a solid recommendation on a different host? I have already paid for the 2016 year but would prefer to start shopping around for a stable, high quality host for my forum.

They have been reporting it fixed about every three days for the past month.
