XF 2.2 Giphy Loading Issue

Giphy has stopped loading when the users click the GIF button in the text editor. Getting the below error in the server logs.

I checked with the host but interestingly the GIFs were loading fine for them and showing no errors. They re-enabled the cURL and increased the size too so not sure what else is causing this issue.
