    Am I understanding this correctly,

Could we actually export our xenforo.sql database into a google cloud ? Use this opposed to using our server to store the forum(s) database?

When I looked into this before, the pricing worked out horrendously expensive, unless things have changed.

cool concept. I like the idea of no more dedicated server, at least with a database. Having it part of a cloud and being connected to google hosting and adsense accounting ( receivable/payable) and tightly integrated with their engine and security, wow. This is indeed getting interesting.
Its also alarming to me because we are moving closer and closer towards working for them lol.

Would also depend on how close your server was to the location of the google DB, as an increase in latency could end up slowing the site down quite a bit.

It works out at about £80 per year for the cheapest tier.
