XF 2.0 Get forum information on \XF\InlineMod\Thread

For Q&A forums I'd really like our inline mod tools to only show up in forums that are configured to allow Q&A threads. We already have a check in the run function that won't make the change if it's not in a Q&A Forum, but I'd really like to hide this option. Can't find an easy way to do this, so not sure if it's (short of checking for the forum_id in here and loading the forum again, but it seems like that could cause issues)

Managed to do this in the permission check

Edit: Looks like this has issues if threads are selected in multiple forums :\ Will just leave it on all for now
