XF 1.5 Get default "Terms" in help section back

I have deleted the default terms in the help section long time ago.

How can I get this back?

When I try to save a help page an set the url-slug to "terms", it seems to be treated like a custom help page.

This template condition in footer template does not work (no link to terms is shown):

Sorry, had something to do with an addon. Should have checked better, before posting. I think default help pages can not be deleted, they just don't show up on admin.php?help-pages/
