Closed Generated site map does not include index.php in the url

When i visit my xenforo sites site map url it returns the following

https://xyz.com/sitemap-1.xml2024-12-08T14:01:25+00:00 https://xyz.com/sitemap-2.xml2024-12-08T14:01:25+00:00

The problem is that those url are not accessible without the index.php section, this is the correct url that should be returned

https://xyz.com/index.php/sitemap-1.xml

I have not turned on friendly urls on the board so i expect the site map generator to include the index.php section

Thank you for reporting this issue. The sitemap index always uses the /sitemap-N.xml format, whether or not friendly URLs are enabled, because the older query-string format is not accepted by Google. These URLs need the server's rewrite rules (the included .htaccess or an equivalent nginx config) to work.
