Lack of interest Generate files hash when importing templates for xenforo addon

I'd like to have cmd option to regenerate file hashes for original file that we've modified.

For example if i modify templates and run
Code: 
xf-dev:export
xf-addon:import XF
// it will import data in `src/addons/xf/_data` but will not update `hashes.json`
