GDRP Opt-Out

Is there a way to put a GDRP opt-out clause in your ToS where any member who chose to give up those rights to participate on your forum have no legal recourse?

You see this a lot with civil/tort stuff of huge corporations. You're opting out of the ability to sue them, even if they mishandle your money. I'm sure that you still could, but it discourages a lot.

Solution
In the UK and Europe, you cant waive your legal rights. This is why many sites who don't care to be shackled by EU legislation just straight up block all EU users now.
If you have members from anywhere in Europe or the UK, such an option would have no weight. You cannot opt out of the GDPR or similar legislation in other areas of the world: it is mandatory. You also cannot opt out of various accessibility legislation.

Seems odd as there are tort Supreme Court decisions in the US and companies are still able to wiggle out of that with a crafty legalese ToS...
