Fixed Funny "Close" button at bottom of page

There are "Close" buttons at bottom of these pages:

I suspect they're just there because we're using the same page for the popup boxes that appears automagically via ajax and the stand alone page; and when we open the stand alone page, there's a conditional missing.

If you open any of the links in a new tab/window, they will open the page instead of the overlay.
