I'm using webs for my domain name. I'm filling out a installation service for xenforo. Do I put webs in the FTP address line? Please help!

Hi there, welcome to the community.

I have never filled out or seen that form but I have to assume that you put the web accessible address in the address line, this and the username/password combo needed to connect over over ftp will probably match in most cases to the login credentials you have received from your web host in an email or whatever.

You will need to provide the FTP address, user name and password.

We also require the SQL database details, such as the database name, user and password.

If you have cPanel or similar, please provide those details also.
