XF 2.0 Fresh install of 2.0.1

Hello, I've recently purchased version 2.0 & freshly installed it on my website. I've gone to the home page & it looks all weird, it's hard to explain so i've just added a attachment to this thread, could somebody help me here? I've tried reinstalling it many times.

That's not the solution. You'll run into problems with add-ons and styles that are constantly updated to be compatible with the current version of XF.

I would find out what is causing the problem with 2.0.1 and fix it.

Actually to save time i turned off cloudflare and removed my .htaccess rules and used my direct ip and the website works, do you know when cloudflare would be fixing this?
