XF 2.1 Fresh Install not working

I just downloaded all files and uploaded to my server.
Running https://sdteslatalk.com/community/install/ wont do anything.

What am I forgetting to do?

Ok got it working..

Taking that domain off PHP-FPM did the trick -- it's a fatal error that wasn't being logged. This is due to PHP 7+ using 'mysqlnd' (native driver) rather than 'mysqli':
