FractalizeR: russian transliteration addon - Adds "transliterate" button to forum message editor

If you have many forum users, often writting messages using latin letters only, you may want to install this plugin.

It adds a button to forum editor. If you press this button, latin characters become russian. Transliteration rules can be edited in a supplied file.

Bangla added to supported languages

Thanks to Barbossa, addon now supports Bangla language for transliteration. Not only Russian. Plugin made extensible to easily add other languages.
