XF 1.5 Forums Were hacked

So recently today my website was hacked and they removed bunch of stuff. I was able to regain access and remove them from the site. The only issue is I can't change anything inside of the admin panel..

You will likely need to revert to a known good backup prior to the server being compromised.

In the worst case, you may even need to wipe and rebuild the server, as it won't be obvious which files have been compromised and whether there are any backdoors left in place.

Your host should be able to help with that.

You should also change any any all passwords, starting with your email address.
