[ForumApps] Native Mobile Apps for XenForo [Deleted]

Hi @Aayush - is anyone answering support tickets for this? We have raised 3 tickets about the app - the last one [Ticket ID: 271565] - nobody replies to our questions ever since we paid. If we cannot get a reply/assistance to install the API we will require a refund.
Although we don't provide addon installation service, we would be happy to do it for you. Please provide cPanel access and we will install the addon.
 
@Aayush No error is displayed with empty fields when you create a topic. The tag field is required, but if nothing is filled, then nothing will happen. The user does not know what to fill in the tags, and how many there should be !!!
 
@Aayush just tried to reply to the ticket to let you know about the apple developer account but my mails are failing to deliver - 550 The mail server could not deliver mail to ****. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.

Please can you get in contact?

We are currently investigating a RAID failure on server105. Services on the server are temporarily unavailable.

New information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Update 11:13 PM EST - We have been able to boot the server for the time being but the /home partition is heavily corrupted and still not accessible. Our System Administrators are actively working to resolve this.

In the meantime we are also preparing a new server where we will start data restore in case the current server is not recoverable.

We will update you in the next hour on the course of action.

Update 12:39 AM EST- It appears that the data corruption on the server /home partition is unrecoverable and we will need to restore all the accounts from our internal backups. The new server configuration is being finalized and the restore will be initiated shortly. We will provide regular progress updates.

This is from our host. We’ve been using their service for over 3 years and never faced downtime. The company was sold recently and that’s when we started facing some hiccups. We have a migration plan to DigitalOcean underway.

Meanwhile, I'm working on setting up servers to route the licensing traffic. Feel free to get in touch if I can help with anything in the mean time. Really sorry about the disruption.

The host restored from 30 days old backup which is terrible. Random emails are going to be fired by email automation script to your email about Service suspension etc. and I'm on it and fixing that. BUT, your apps will be running fine and without any issues. Let me know if you see any issues in your apps.
