XF 1.5 Forum won't open

I was just about to add another admin as Super Admin. After I made the changes my forum wouldnt load and popped up with this error

I reversed the changed I made on FTP, but I'm still not sure on what I did/happened

Also I had 3 public_html files. Is that normal?

edit: I can't access admin either

A 500 error is a generic web server error.

There may be more details in the server error log.

Typically, his is something your sysadmin or host will have to investigate.

However, if it started right after you edited the library/config.php file, I would start there - you may have edited it incorrectly.
