How do u resolve this problem? Forum created in "forum" folder.

One is the directory and one is the route. You can change the route with this addon:

    http://xenforo.com/community/resources/route-changer.447/

But I might recommend moving your XF installation into the web root (above the /forum directory), unless you have something in the web root already.

Should I install board again or can change some code?

To move the forum you can simply move the files themselves to the web root. Then update this setting:

Admin CP -> Home -> Options -> Basic Board Information -> Forum URL

Should i change something in database? Or only in admin panel?
    Thanks.

Just a quick question on this, going to be moving my site soon.

Will I need to update the 'Image Replacement URL' for any smilies I've added at the old address before the move?

Those paths are normally relative such that they do not need to be updated. But if you are using full URLs or full web paths then you will need to update them.
