XF 2.2 Forum is ordering a two-step verification

My forum says I have to enable two step verification.
It just started doing it, what happened?

Check permissions. You may have ticked "Require Two-Factor Authentication."

Revert whatever changes you made in the ACP recently.

I clicked yes to all admin permissions, and it made me require two step authentication.

Go through the admin perms and untick the box for "require two step authentication."

for admins, it is a good idea to have 2fa enabled.
