XF 2.0 forum has no visitors

We have an issue with the forum showing only 1 visitors and sometime 0 visitor. This issue happened recently and we have no idea what is triggering it. we tried browsing the forum as visitors from different locations/ laptops/phones with different IPs yet still showing 0 visitors. Any idea folks?

Are you using CloudFlare or another proxy that may be reporting the same address for all visitors?

If not CloudFlare, does the same thing happen on a unmodified default style with all addons disabled?

All members currently having the same IP address!!!! that was not the case before. I don't know what is happening?

Try adding This to your src/config.php file

// FIX IP ADDRESS FOR PROXY
$_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] = $_SERVER['HTTP_X_REAL_IP'];
