Hey,

I've been making forums designs all my developing years, but I was wounding.
Is it okay to make designs with a [Null] Xenforo, and run it off home server and not use it for the public, just for Designing?

Doesn't matter whether you are selling them or giving 'em away free.... the point is you are asking about using software illegally (in violation of the license) in a support forum.
