XF 2.0 Forum description URL

First, I am NOT a web developer/programmer, so I apologize about such a basic question....

I would like to sometimes put a URL to a specific website as the description for some of my sub-forums. In the config for the specific forum, under the description location it says: "The text (or HTML) you insert here must be valid within a <p> tag." What does that really mean?

It's just paragraph mark up: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_p.asp

You can enter text, URLs, etc.

You can use something like this

<p><a href="yourURL">TextofyourURL</a></p>

The p tags aren't required.
