XF 1.4 Forum category where only staff can reply to threads?

Hey xenforo community
One of my staff asked me if its possible to make a forum node where anyone can post but only staff can reply. A ask staff forum or something..

for example, a member posts in there "Why was my thread closed" staff replies "Because you didn't provide a virus scan with your download" .

Is this possible? If so how can you do it?

For anyone else stumbling upon this thread at a later date, revoke the 'Post replies' permission for the Registered user group and allow it for the 'staff' user group, or individual members of staff.
