XF 1.4 Forbidden Access Error

Hello,

I am trying to ban a user and whenever I go into the Admin toolbar to modify the user's account, I receive the following error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /community/admin.php on this server.

However, it is only for this user that I receive a message. I can modify/ban/etc. other users' accounts without any issues.

Has any one seen this before or have suggestions of what I can go to resolve this error?

That is typically due to a security mechanism on the server, such as mod_sec.

Contact your host and they should be able to resolve it for you by whitelisting the offending trigger.
