XF 1.2 Footer link issue

Can someone please tell me how to move this footer link to another location as not to put a break or gap in my footer area? Apparently I would need to but the paid version to not have this happen.

Also, check with the author of the add-on whether you are permitted to change the copyright.

I don't want to remove it, just move it or fix the issue. Unfortunately this guy @******* doesn't respond to support.

Regardless, you should still seek permission to modify or move it.
