XF 1.3 Font Size and Width - Converting Pixels to Points and Pixels to Percentages

For font size, you can use either pixels or points; for widths you can use pixels or percentages. So, is there a way to convert those to one another (e.g., pixels to percentages)? Because obviously 12px and 12pt are two different sizes.

For example, I always make my member card width 600px, and just yesterday I learned that 600px is 46% by experimenting.

The percentage of width is based on the size of the user's monitor. 46% for you might be 600px, but for someone with a much larger monitor it could be closer to 1000px.
