Implemented First and second navigation line should look like they are "together"

should flow in each other. There is currently a hard line between both lines. Whenever an element is activated (Forums), the background of this element should flow over to the second line. Example: Have the background of active elements (Forum + subelements) displayed as pure white (or other pure color).

Looks more like "the second line has something to do with the former line (Forums)".

I like it how it is.

The highlighted tab on the top row is the same colour as the options on the second row.
