It usually indicates that a file hasn't been uploaded correctly. Try and upload specifically that file again from a fresh download of Beta 8 and then re-run the file check.

It is strange that the file was not uploaded with the rest of files!

It's fairly typical if using FTP, especially if the client is Filezilla.

I always recommend uploading the zip archive and extracting on the server.
