Not a bug File Health Check Doubled

Seems that the file health check results are being doubled.

Yesterday's results are from Beta 1 and todays are from Beta 2. While not exactly doubled since yesterday because I have installed a few addons since yesterdays check.

This will be the result of the icons being included with the hashes (their exclusion was actually what caused the upgrader not to write them out properly in beta 1).
