Lack of interest Field Permissions - Disabling and Enabling Per Usergroup

Would it be possible to have permissions to disable or enable certain fields on a per usergroup basis? I want to start blocking spammers from entering their URLs into the fields so they can't pollute my database with their annoying spam URLs and Spam descriptions.
