Fetch post content

Now I am trying to fetch latest post from xenforo to my wordpress site by using eipSoftware Get Latest Posts plugin.This plugin not allowing post content but i have edited sql query and fetch post content.Please anyone help me how to format post content for example and [size] tag.I have to change this format to human readable format.Can you please help me to do this?
