I'm trying to clean up the wording so its as clear as crystal, but I'm also trying to shorten it so it's not so lengthy. Formatting everything down to 1 line each for easy following was also important.

This so far seems to be the best I can come up with, but I'm open to feedback. If you think I can make it more cleaner (and hopefully idiot proof).... I'm open for suggestions. :cautious::X3:

I think this needs some rephrasing, lol. Also, I would avoid using the term "noobs" as it may offend some people (if you care about such things). Newbies might be better, in that case.

I get offended by the word 'noob' so, yeah remove it :)

Auto correct.... Successfully messing up my grammar since forever.

Thanks for pointing that out.

You're welcome. :)

Newbie, newb, noob, or n00b is a slang term for a novice or newcomer, or somebody inexperienced in any profession or activity.

That would be correct.
Actually, that's not entirely true. Noob is generally used as an insult, where "newbie" just refers to someone being new to someone. ("New members" would be even more friendly, but probably not what you're looking for).

A noob or n00b is someone that lacks intellegance or common sense, most people think that noob is a word used only in the online gaming world, but in reality it is becoming an ever popular word with teenage society.
a noob could be simply a level 100 running round shouting ''WTF DO I GO!?'' or someone calling someone else a noob and then getting hit with a brick, anyone can call anyone a noob, but normally they are noobs themselves
Contrary to the belief of many, a noob/n00b and a newbie/newb are not the same thing. Newbs are those who are new to some task* and are very beginner at it, possibly a little overconfident about it, but they are willing to learn and fix their errors to move out of that stage. n00bs, on the other hand, know little and have no will to learn any more. They expect people to do the work for them and then expect to get praised about it, and make up a unique species of their own. It is the latter we will study in this guide so that the reader is prepared to encounter them in the wild if needed.

I never thought of noob as an insult, but simply another term of someone calling someone else a newbie or someone who is new to something (idea or concept). People can call me a "noob" all they like & it wouldn't bother me.

We're an uncensored community which believes everyone has the freedom to voice themselves however they see fit.

With that said.....

In all honest, if "noob" was to much for them.... Out of all the many other things someone could freely say on an uncensored website ... Maybe they're not ready to join.

You kind of do have to have a thicker skin. I wish that wasn't so. I'd like it if everyone who heard the word "uncensored", applied it always without cussing, but it's it not a perfect world. In the real world, people cuss. And like it or not, counts as part of free speech.

So "noob" should be the least of anyone's concerns.

Yes, I understand. However, you're for example also not stating "The Help Desk Category is to be used only for its intended purposes, mother****ers or "When speaking a different language, your message must be the same in both languages, you idiots.". There's the difference between uncensored and intentionally insulting.

And to most people, "noob" is an insult, so you are being insulting to new members, saying it's okay to be insulting (to new members) and thus enforcing such behavior. Now, I don't mind, I know you're going with an uncensored website and as such you should take my opinion for just that, an opinion. It just surprises me you put it in, despite the sentence making perfect sense without the (noob) added to it. :)
